Founders’ story
Dr. Elham Gorji and Dr. Sara Gorji are food scientists with an established interest in food micronutrients. They have been researching functional ingredients, Australian native plants, metabolomics in plants phytochemicals, natural polysaccharides, microencapsulation of sensitive bioactive compounds, bioavailability of micronutrients in gastrointestinal tract over the last 14 years. The founders truly believe in incorporating the modesty of nature with the precision of science to further develop natural health-promoting wholefood supplements. We know the role of the food matrix (the microstructure-level organization of nutrients and their interactions) affects the fate of nutrients bioavailability in the gastrointestinal tract. Elham and Sara saw a gap in the market to introduce a highly effective, yet simple, wholefood dietary supplement.
